 Education Advanced, Inc. is seeking a Cardonex Implementation Specialist, ready to work from home with a geographically-dispersed team. Accordingly, this position requires a highly capable, self-driven individual, able to work under limited supervision with the ability to change tasks depending on what is needed.  This individual should also understand educational operations from a supervisory administrative perspective, have experience creating secondary campus master schedules, and demonstrate good teaching skills.

 If you have a reliable Internet connection, have the flexibility to travel in the spring and early summer to conduct Cardonex trainings, and are willing to work with a great team as a Cardonex Implementation Specialist, we invite you to review responsibilities and requirements below.


·        Bachelor’s degree with teacher certification – required

·        Master’s degree in educational field- required

·        5+ years of administrative educational experience

·        Served as a central office or campus administrator in a supervisory capacity

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·        Impeccable organizational skills

·        Technologically savvy in a variety of formats and areas

·        Self-motivated and self-directed


·        Proficiency in building effective secondary master schedules

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·        Excellent written and oral communication

·        Good teaching & training skills

·        Ability to multi-task through several projects for different supervisors

·        Analysis and problem-solving skills


·        Oversee all aspects of on-boarding new client districts

·        Conduct parameters review with a variety of district operational and instructional teams

·        Serve as a consultant for staffing and scheduling best practices to the executive administration

·        Write advisory reports to new client districts

·        Ensure new districts are on pace with staffing & scheduling duties throughout the year

·        Conduct Cardonex staffing and scheduling trainings both in person and via web formats

·        Contribute to the creation of user training materials in a variety of media formats

·        Research academic and educational topics thoroughly and report findings

·        Other duties as assigned for the Cardonex implementation team
